If your newspaper arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all, we’ll send a free replacement or refund you in full — your choice. Email a photo of the damage (or just tell us it never showed up) to contact@wide-open.xyz and we’ll sort it out.
You can request a full refund within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. You don’t need to send the sheet back — keep it, give it away, frame it anyway. Just email contact@wide-open.xyz with your order email address.
Orders ship within 5 days of purchase from France. Until your order ships, you can cancel any time for a full and immediate refund — email contact@wide-open.xyz.
Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
